Flow reminds the public to exercise caution with cables

By: Flow, Press Release

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts & Nevis (September 4th, 2017) –  FLOW wishes to remind the general public that the heavy winds and rain which may affect the islands due to the effects of Hurricane Irma may cause some of the company’s cables to come loose from poles or to be shifted out of position.

In most cases where this occurs and the cable is not broken, service will remain uninterrupted. FLOW is therefore strongly appealing to members of the public not to cut or otherwise damage these cables.

Additionally, FLOW urges customers to report downed telephone cables to our customer service contact center at 611 or dial Customer Care in your FLOW mobile phone Contacts.
