BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, September 27, 2017 (PLP PR Media Inc.) -- When the tenth round of the round-robin stage of the 22nd edition of the annual Constituency Number Seven Dr the Hon Timothy Harris Domino League competition opened on Tuesday evening September 26, the two teams from Constituency Number Six had the home advantage.

Saddlers were at home at Shanty Bar in Saddlers Village to the Mansion Upsetters. It is one evening they want to forget very quickly as Mansion Upsetters came determined to upset the home team. They convincingly did so by beating the home boys 13-5. Saddlers are still reeling from that humiliating defeat at home, right there in Number Six.

The other team from Constituency Number Six, Parsons were supposed to play Small Corner at Rousey’s Place on Main Street in Parsons but some miscommunication saw the Parsons players travel to Lodge only to be told that they must return to Parsons. Return they did and played with a vengeance, as they walloped Small Corner 14-7.

In other games, defending champions Unity narrowly edged Molineux 13-12 at the Lodge Community Centre in Lodge Project, while the other top contender for the league title this year, Lodge, stopped home team Sylvers 13-11 at Tacky Bar in Hidden Alley in Lodge Village.

Playing at home, Tabernacle players were merciless when they whipped Giants 13-3 at T-Vill’s Hang Out Spot in Tabernacle Village. Unstoppable for once lived to their name by stopping Beers 13-9 in an exciting game played at Bernette Bar in Hidden Alley, Lodge Village. In the last game Christchurch beat Guinness 13-11 at the Domino House in Mansion.

Action continues with round eleven of the round-robin stage of the Constituency Number Seven Domino League, which is sponsored by the area Parliamentary Representative and Prime Minister Dr the Hon Timothy Harris, on Thursday September 28 at six different venues.

Lodge will meet Small Corner at the Molineux Sports Pavilion; Molineux will meet Beers at Bernette Bar in Hidden Alley Lodge Village; Unity will meet Unstoppable at the Lodge Community Centre in Lodge Project; and Mansion Upsetters will meet Christchurch at Domino House in Mansion Village.

Other games will be held as follows: Guinness will meet Giants at Bernette Bar in Hidden Alley Lodge Village; Saddlers will be away to Tabernacle at T-Vill’s Hang Out Spot in Tabernacle Village; and Parsons will be away to Sylvers at Tacky Bar in Hidden Alley Lodge Village.
