BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -- POLICE are currently on the scene of an incident in which two children are confirmed dead, while an adult was found bound.
According to the police, they are investigating the incident in St. Peter's where they responded to a report of “a woman being found alive and tied up in a house in Upper Monkey Hill with two children”.
Both children have been confirmed as deceased.
