BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - For over two decades the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank Limited has been the proud sponsor of the St. Kitts Netball Association League which has enabled the overall maintenance of fifteen teams.
Recently, in keeping with its commitment, National made another sterling contribution to the Association for the 2010 games and also outfitted the St. Kitts National team. Mrs. Juliet Hanley-Liburd, President of the Association was present to accept the cheque on behalf of the team.
“The St. Kitts Netball Association is a fitting example of our evident commitment to the advancement of sports and community” says Marketing Manager, Shirna Pemberton. “It is the banks intention to ensure that this sport remain alive in St. Kitts. The sport of Netball encompasses attributes such as camaraderie, good sportsmanship, and life long friendships that will ultimately help team players to develop good personality traits and propel them to be our next leaders”.
