GREAT NEWS FROM SKN Athletics Amateur Association!
BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - Brijesh Lawrence continues to make the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis proud! He was recently crowned with his 6th National Collegiate title and 7th All American title with his sprint double victory at the NAIA Indoor Track and Field Championships. Brijesh defended his 200m indoor title convincingly.
Lawrence can now boast the 2nd fastest 200m time in the world on an oversized track having finished with 20.94seconds.
His 60m victory was an improvement to last year’s second place finish, after clocking 6.72 seconds for the gold.

Brijesh was recently selected to represent our federation at the 14th Edition of the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul, Turkey 9th – 11th March 2012. He’s scheduled to depart Omaha, Nebraska for Istanbul on Tuesday 6th March 2012.
