    The Manufacturers Division of the St. Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce will be celebrating its annual Manufacturing Awareness Week from Sunday, April 17 to Saturday, April 23, 2005. 

    The theme for this year is Quality is the Key for this Industry which seeks to underscore the importance of producing quality products and services with the aim of assuring the continued growth of the manufacturing sector in the Federation.
     
    Manufacturing Awareness Week will commence with a church service at Estridge Moravian Church in Mansion on Sunday, April 17 and climax with a Fun Day at the Cable and Wireless Sports Ground on Saturday, April 23, 2005. 

    Other activities planned for the week include a Manufacturers Luncheon, eye screening for manufacturing employees, Ministerial and Chamber officials visits to the Industrial Estates in Basseterre and Sandy Point, along with manufacturing quizzes on radio for prizes.
     
    Outstanding employees in the sector will also be awarded certificates of recognition at the Manufacturers Luncheon Meeting scheduled for Monday, April 18, 2005 at the Ocean Terrace Inn.
