Basseterre, St. Kitts (April 14, 2005): The Department of Youth has reissued an appeal for all functioning youth clubs to take advantage of the availability of resources and technical assistance offered by the government.
Senior Youth Officer Dave Connor told SKNIS that the process for registration is simple requiring only for the filling out of an application form.

Documents detailing a brief history of the club as well as contact information for the executive members should accompany the returned application forms.

In outlining the numerous benefits of registration, Connor noted that the CARICOM Youth Ambassador-administered Mini-Grants Programme, which will soon be implemented, will be accessible only to registered groups.

As such he invited all groups to visit the department at Church Street to register and consult with staff members.
