ARRESTS
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, April 1st, 2014 -- Paul Henry Sutton alias Bartez of Conyers was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 28th March 2014.
Akeem Huggins of Parson Ground was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply, and Cultivation of Cannabis, which were committed on 28th March 2014.
A juvenile was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 28th March 2014.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District "B" Magistrate's Court
Kevin Sammuel of Belle Vue was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 22nd September 2013, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid by 14th April 2014 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison.
